Amazing how Sox are finally flexing up and hitting the long ball at home.

When's' the last time we beat Cleveland 2 in a row (not counting some dumbo games at the end of September). Games that sort of counted.

Yaz grinding his way to a .360 OBP this year has been very impressive. He's adjusted well to not having much power in his legs anymore.

Yaz up to .295 and .811 OPS but doesn't look like he will start tomorrow and perhaps longer

I tell ya what, Wimpy, this game has been downright enjoyable.  

Well I started watching games again at the right time. This is actually enjoyable.

Seby is a 150 hitting catcher going nowhere. And he'd be the primary guy at that point. I don't think anyone wants to see Seby and Alberto as 8-9 in the order for 2-3 weeks etc.

 

Hopefully Yaz isn't hurt for an extended period of time.
