7 hours ago7 hr I wonder what Getz’s next blunder is? We have blown deadline, blown 2027 budget, blown division lead and having to fire Scouting Director.

4 hours ago4 hr If we win this division nobody will care how we got there. All they can control is the next 10 games against sub .500 teams, 7 of which are at home. Yes, the Starting Pitching has been s%*# most of the year. Yes, the relief is gassed. Yes, our supposed best hitters are in a horrific slump the past two months. Yes, the trade deadline has been a spectacular failure. Having said all that, they still control their own destiny. Find a way to win 7, you punch your ticket to win the division. Win 6- probably punch your ticket into the playoffs anyway. Nut up and just win.
4 hours ago4 hr I believe the Sox had 14 call ups this season. Next year does Bonemer get called up after the All-Star break? Is Roch call ed up in 2028 ? Edited 4 hours ago4 hr by Falstaff

3 hours ago3 hr Look at how long it took for Jerry to fire KW and Hahn. Getzy ain't going anywhere - perhaps not until after Reinsdorf hands over control of the franchise to Ishbia at the Railyards. Edited 3 hours ago3 hr by 77 Hitmen

This success was mostly down with outside talent.Sometime the next season doesn't work as well and then go back to rebuilding the rebuild of the rebuild. That's what poor organizations do. Short spurts of success.Sure people can talk about the big spending teams but many of their better players were home grown. They don't fall apart due to injuries.Too many bad owners in this game, way too many.Winning is a habit and so is losing. I doubt this team will ever have sustained success in my lifetime.A change in ownership probably doesn't keep Getz. People don't get promoted despite being inadequate in the previous job in the world of sports. This is the White Sox............so surreal. Edited 3 hours ago3 hr by kitekrazy

Instead the organization got dogshit players.
56 minutes ago56 min I havent posted here much this year, but im irate at how the deadline has gone down.Besides the already talked about bigger trades that went down in August, I am so dumbfounded at how we didnt get some sort of insurance for Braden’s woes against LHP.Before the deadline, Braden’s wRC+ against lefties was 51 in 47 PAs. After the deadline and to today his wRC+ is 7.Cleveland’s GM plugged in Adell to help with their hitting vs lefties in Jo Adell: 223 wRC+Hell we RELEASED Austin Hays on August 7th. With the Padres hes put up a 192 wRC+.Looking back, a platoon for Braden was an obvious necessity. At least get some insurance for him. Just mind boggling to me how they keep trotting him out there at this point against lefties.
52 minutes ago52 min we made a huge jump from 100 loss seasons to competing for the division. Nobody is getting fired
