Kopech is broken

5 walks in 1 2/3 inning against a bad team. I think Kopech’s days as a starter are done. Either bullpen or gone next year unless they decide to tank again and see if they can get lucky.

They are so close to competing in 2024. Getz just has to get 24 players.

Well at least Lee's at bats don't take long

Actually a couple of our starting players would be great coming off the bench of a competitive team. So maybe he needs to get 20 players

It’s time to shut down Kopech. Something is clearly wrong here. 

I hope he’s thrown his last pitch with the Sox. He should go elsewhere and be a pen pitcher.

Should the Sox just let Kopech go, or give him one more year? He's walked 56 batters in his last 52 innings pitched. That's crazy bad.

Move on, his stuff is awful now

Lee is real close to maybe getting his second hit, maybe sometime this week.

I thought that .050 batting avg seemed a bit high.

I'm beginning to not like our chances in this one.

Kopech is a bust. Throw him on the scrap heap w all the others and move on

Try him out of the pen and see if he finds something. Team will be trash next year anyways. But he’s clearly never going to be a starter.  

I agree. Savage him like Lopez and throw Kopech in the pen. He better get it in his head that if he wants to have a long career, that's likely his future.

This offense is so bad. Good lord.
