So then the kids ignored the father's wishes and picked a franchise that was popular now, even though he had a pretty rough reception from Philadelphia fans? Dr. Fletcher one of the author's of the "Chili Dog MVP" book and a close friend of the family who was at the announcement told me tonight the cap issue is a "long story." He didn't elaborate.
