How about Braxton Jones for Kaleb Johnson.

man he looked so slow in preseason and he had every chance to take that job. I'd be very concerned he's just a dud.

  • Honestly, rest of the playoffs are gravy. I will be disappointed when/if they lose, but they LOST 10 IN A ROW LAST SEASON. I'm all about making the most of your window, but they just won a playoff gam

  • Caleb sucks am I right?

  • Oh no. The football team I love might lose a playoff game gtfoh.

My theory is this Aikman story has been driven so hard by a Chicago media/fanbase still raw from the Cubs NLDS loss. They were already complaining about the Brewers showing the L flag two days prior to Bears game. So when they watched MNF and Aikman was giving his opinion of CW it was just too soon.

I’m speaking very generally here, but Sox fans should be very familiar with the “national disrespect” angle. We’ve been dealing with it for decades, even during the WS run. I’m not even arguing the merits of it, because now….. there’s no argument for the White Sox deserving 30 seconds of airtime. But for a Sox fan and a Bears fan to be upset? Were used to it, boys. Even winning a SB won’t change anything. If Aikman hates CW, he’ll still hate him afterward.

I'm not the biggest sports announcer complainer, but it really was up there with Chris Berman eulogizing the Red Sox for 3 innings in 2005. It was so over the top funny, mainly underscored by the blaming caleb for the bad snap, that it stood out.

Is this "being driven so hard", I don't know, I think our sense of these things is manipulated now by there being a 'outlets' that can find short bursts on feeds that regurgitate stuff written days before.

What you might expect of Keith Law coming on a Blue Jays/Sox broadcast to provide prospect commentary and insider insights...

Traded D.Jones (backup to Mahomes) and Jonathan Taylor for Kyren Williams and Brian Thomas.

Too risky?

Already lost Nabers, tied 5-1 in 12 team league...next two opponents missing Nacua/Egbuka and St.Brown/D.Adams due to bye weeks.

I really don't want to trade for a RB. I think the Bears need someone who can generate pass rush. Also, given what we saw in Washington Monday I think we need to hold off and see if what we saw last week (in terms of rushing and defending the rush) is a real thing. If it is, don't mess with it. One thing I do know is we can't rush the passer. To me that's the need.

I would not buy unless you really thought a steal was there or just a complete game wrecker type player with a very long term outlook. This team is not a player away so now is absolutely not right time. Quite frankly if Kmet or Jones had value I might assess it. I probably would have said the same for DJ Moore but I think that is a year away. I don’t like the Kmet part cause just like Trapillo using high picks on guus that don’t really have major roster needs (or even fits is just not smart). TE early and a RT (on paper Trapillo looks like a fine fit at RT - but when you already have a top 10 pick there who they don’t seem to think he can be at LT) just isn’t the right use relative to other needs.

I thought the OPI call on Loveland was bad last week. This was worse.

The officiating in the nfl is straight garbage. That call derailed the entire drive.

I very rarely a blame the refs guy but that roughing the passer call was a joke against the Bears

The last 2 games there have been garbage calls against us.

Wasn’t it cause he hit his helmet?

Yes but Brisker deflected the ball before hitting his helmet.

Ship righted.  Man does Rattler look like s%*#

That was not a good personal foul on Gordon.  He hit the shoulder

TJ Edwards is the best signing Poles has made, and it's not particularly close.

Everything looks so difficult for Caleb. He doesn’t just drop back and make quick throws. We’re up 13, but it isn’t anywhere close to being over.

Crazy flip in this game

Ship wobblin again

No pass rush last 2 drives, Saints 3rd down after 3rd down conversion. Sweat is so ineffective.

Caleb needs a strong drive right here. Atleast 3. And please none of the drop back, spin around and move to the left nonsense (when the field is open ahead for a run)

Lucky break, take the points!

Dalman is paid way too much to be doing this s%*# he is doing today

Trying to be patient, but definitely expected more progress from Caleb by now.

Byard has been worth every penny this season.  Should have two picks today

Byard would have had another pick but Wright collided with him and now Wright is injured.
