This team stinks. That said, how about we surprise all of us and get a split here?

Even Sox die hard posters are struggling with Palacios still...another of  those "he is what he is" guys.

His Sox and Pirates ops numbers are virtually identical.

 

Guys like Rojas and Capra are totally superfluous on this roster.

Time for Elko, Teel, And Baldwin. Rather see them that they might be part of the future and let them learn on the job then Rojas and Palacios

80 degrees tonight. Gotta be the warmest home game all season by far. 

Hopefully that bodes well for the bats, especially Robert. Maybe it's just the thing he needs to break out of it.

I hope Vargas can get back on track because we seem to be capped at 2 runs without him.

Robert pulling a Lazarus would help too.

Saw a Tweet earlier that said Teel has been taking some groundballs at 1B last few days.

Vaughn and Rojas…  nearly $10 million in the fire pit.

Big series for Detroit but only if they sweep us. A 4-game sweep cannot be overstated how that can vault a team's prospects for the postseason.  Then the Royals get to turn their season around (again) against us in a 3 game set. I'm thinking this may be the series these 2 clubs just CANNOT get up for the AAA Sox. That said bet the house tonight on Chicago, definitely bet the house on the Sox Friday night vs. KC. These teams cannot possibly be excited about playing baseball in June against our Sox.
