Man i haven't stopped smiling the past 5 minutes. So happy for Vaughn to play on a real roster, and doubly happy for him fucking up the Cubs

No more hate watching for me the rest of the season. Yay

I'm okay with anyone but Jays of Final 4.

Mariners/Brewers top choice...Dodgers sweeping someone so baseball gets fixed or at least addressed financially would be #2.

So happy

If they don't score early, they ain't scoring

Andrew Vaughn getting interviewed.  LOL!!!

Chris Getz's best trade ever.  Knocks the Cubs out.

We really helped sink the Cubs with the Vaughn trade. It cost them the division and he homered twice in the NLDS.

I was told he didn’t lose their trade though…

I see people on Reddit shitting on the Sox for this trade and some Sox fans regretting it. Hell no lol. Vaughn was never going to amount to s%*# on the Sox. Having him sink the Cubs was probably the best outcome from this trade aside from Civale becoming good again (never was happening).

It was a win for Sox fans for sure

Vaughn Brewers/White Sox jerseys should be the most popular in the city for anti-Cubs fans.

Or Pat Murphy jerseys.

Misiorowski should be up there too.

At least I don’t have to hear your my Scrubs anymore this year!

from Brewersfanatic.com

"If I didn't live amongst Cub fans for roughly half of my life, I'd struggle to understand what sort of logic they apply in assuming their team is just way better than the Brewers, and at some point the Brewers "luck" would run out and the Cubs will come out ahead of Milwaukee in the standings.  There's this belief on their end that the Brewers' success "isn't sustainable" - but they fail to see how much of the current state of the Brewer organization is incredibly sustainable in terms of draft and develop, increased quality minor league depth, an eye for pitching from all kinds of spots, and a MLB roster that is currently loaded with young players who may not be able to do 1 thing at an elite level, but can do many things well..."

after watching Vaughn's transformation, they absolutely needed to fire Thames. in fact that hire was absolute dog s%*# when it happened, he had no right being any sort of hitting instructor in the majors.

but I'm sure he was affordable

he led the brewers team in OPS in that series

That’s a really tough way for the Cubs to go out. Steal the manager, pay him a ton of money and the Brewers are still better than you, by a decent margin. Pushed a lot of chips in for Tucker and not sure they even want him back, but his market will be super interesting. Will be a really interesting offseason for the Cubs, because they need a decent bit more to be considered a WS Contender

"The Brewers got all their runs via the art of the solo homer, courtesy of William Contreras, Andrew Vaughn and Brice Turang.

The owners of the best record of the regular season can now breathe a sigh of relief. They will not blow a 2-0 lead to a team they beat for the division. Instead, they will now face the Dodgers, whom they went 6-0 against in the regular season, for a chance at their first NL pennant in franchise history (in 1982 they were in the AL East)."

How many remember that. They had some clubbers on that team. I can't remember one pitcher from that team.

Cubs fans who are also Bears fans must really hate Wisconsin. The Bears are at least on an even playing field financially with the Packers. The Cubs spend more than the Brewers and they still can't beat them.
