I’d rather see this happen than sign Tauchman. Sosa can alternate at LF and DH with Benintendi. If Tauchman wants to sign an MILB deal as an NRI, fine. Tauchman would probably be the best option for this team; the devil you know, and all. He's also nice insurance against an extended Jarrod Kelenic run if Kelenic can't turn it around. I would really think the most energy should be put towards getting Baldwin, Acuña, and Pereira as much time in the lineup as possible. If Kelenic hits, he may be gone in July. If Acuña and Pereira hit, you have your outfield. BTW, from 8/2 on, Baldwin OPSed .803. Much sooner for Braden imo.
WhiteSox2023
This dude is making the rounds… Yankees designated INF/OF Marco Luciano for assignment. Luciano was on the Yankees for four days. Since the end of the season, Luciano has been on the Giants, Pirates, Orioles, and Yankees. It remains to be seen where the former top prospect ends up, but he’s just 24 years old, so there may still be a chance for him to establish himself as an MLB regular. Timmy U
I suspect the Pohlads may be about to do the full Reinsdorf and trade Ryan, Buxton, etc and Falvey wanted none of it. Can’t be a great place to work if the top 2 baseball guys both voluntarily leave in a two year period.

Don’t want the Twins to accumulate a bunch of young assets.

The new Pohlad owner wants to win without spending anymore money and the baseball people know it isn’t possible. Falvey got out before he could ultimately get fired. 1

Fielder Jones
Wonder if the Pirates come to talk to us since they keep striking out in FA. And we have a few 3B options to mention to them.. Mead. Sosa if he counts as 3b
