I just don't know what he has to miss bats. It's not his fastball, it's not his breaking balls and his changeup is solid but not elite and too reliant on pinpoint command. His average 4 seam velocity prior to TJS was 91.3. Maybe he gains a couple ticks otherwise I just don't see it.

It's a good changeup, but you can't rely on a changeup as your primary pitch, that uh, why it's the changeup.
