I don’t think it’s all that surprising. I would assume most people who expect a sophomore slump from Colson are anticipating pitchers “figuring out the book on him” since he only played the second half of the season last year.

His swing path metrics are incredibly promising and are in the elite category.

It's pretty surprising to me. Usually when elite defensive short stops who have big power come into the league and show out, they aren't flying under the radar.

At least with the day off tomorrow, these relievers should be rested enough to get lit up again.

This made me happy and I subsequently turned my PS5 on to access MLB.TV

And then this made me sad.

Seems like Mune BP will always be captured at least

I have tmobile and didn't even take them up on the MLB.TV because I never use it.

The power has been impressive so far, and like all power hitters he has a lot of swing and miss in his game. 29.33% strikeout percentage last season, but that should obviously improve.

What do you use instead?

Hearing Schriff-dawg’s voice for the first time just harshed my opening day buzz a bit. 🤣

Living outside of the sox viewing area, it comes in handy for me. Only can't use it to watch the sox when they play Detroit. And then I resort to...other means...

I just watch the Sox on CHSN and listen on the ESPN 1000 app because I live in metro Chicago.

Just need a VPN, and you could watch any game with it.

I try and not be a bitter old man but do we really need women commenting on every single damn men's sport?

Tried that one year and it didn't work. They could tell I had a vpn and blocked me from watching every game.

Brooke Fletcher? I don’t mind. She’s not tough to look at, even with her three layers of makeup.

Messed up the new quote. Please delete.

Sorry, is there some shortage of men with platforms for underinformed and unimpressive commentary that I haven't noticed?

As a woman, yes. Women can be knowledgeable about men's sports.

Some of the dumbest s%*# I have heard in sports commentary has come from former players of said sport.

Oh I'm def with ya there.

Misiorowski a bit wild to start.

Meidroth seems to have a bit of a different stance. Can't put my finger on it. Hands lower?

(I didn't watch much spring training)

LFG!!!!!!

As a woman, yes. Women can be just as or more knowledgable about men's sports as men.

Some of the dumbest s%*# I have ever heard in sports commentary has come from former pros in the men's sport they're paid to comment about.

CHASE!!!
