I had heard from a non Sox scout I know that they were concerned with how he looked in ST. It’s why my bold prediction was he’d be DFA this year.

4 more starts like this. I had the same thoughts on him. Nice story last year. To start him opening day was a horrid idea. But we really have no real, competent starting pitching so....

  • We knew they would be bad but at least moving forward in the right direction. This is a regression.

Jerry and Getz should be embarrassed by this shitshow. I’m sure they aren’t because they don’t care about Sox fans, but these two clowns deserve another 100+ loss season.

After two weeks, we can call up Smith, Schultz, McDougal and retain a year of service time, right? Just do it.

'Sunk cost': Reds DFA Jeimer Candelario halfway through $...

The Reds reinstated infielder Jeimer Candelario from the injured list Monday and designated him for assignment.

Even the Reds can do it.

Please just get rid of Benintendi and move on...

Yup. April 14th. And we should be getting Teel back right about the same time.

Thats good. We'll only be 12 under .500 by then.

Sox playing like the engines are fired up on the team plane.

This is crazy. We might be 1-9 after sunday

I was hopeful at the very least we might not be looking at another 6 - 24 start......but we're trending in that direction

Sox the only team who trades a legit Cfer for an infielder and think it's a good idea to play him in center..... Ishbia ERA can't get here fast enough.... The question will be how interested will I be. I might have sucky team fatigue

Those are the only two moves that worry you? The Cease trade is worse than both of those.

I was limiting it to recent moves, as in this season.

Another 2-out baserunner!!

Alcantra at 82 pitches with 2 out in the 8th.

White Sox pitching is now getting hit on more than a drunk sorority sister on spring break.

Ishbia will probably take over, sign 3 players to huge contracts, they'll all turn into Benintendis, then he'll crank it down for a decade until those contracts clear the books.

Eat at Arby's.

Marlins announcers singing the praises of Alcantara, they think he’s another Cy Young, he’s good but these announcers haven’t realized that he’s facing one of the worst teams in MLB history

White Sox pitching has given up 52 runs through an inning short of 6 full games so far.

not sure how that helps when they are only pitching 4 innings so far

their purpose would be to keep the team from losing 110 games. Plus we would be relying on short AAA sample size

Honestly, say what you will about coaching, moves, what have you. But f#%k these guys for the piss poor effort.

they done it before, huge contracts by Sox standards is a vague number

He’s had two starts against two bad teams, but it’s nice to see him pitching well again. 15 IP, 0 ER.

Beavis and Butthead should be making an appearance shortly

2 outs. Let's see if we can hold them to double digits.

This could be one of the worst pitching staffs ever.

Only positive about this game is it’s one day closer to Jerry no longer being owner

This team gets down by 1 run and flat out quits
