7 hours ago7 hr Games like these feel worse to me than the 2 stinkers in NY, cause this was 100% winnable. Edited 7 hours ago7 hr by DoUEvenShift
7 hours ago7 hr Swing at a pitch way out of the zone trying to make something happen.Vargas doesn't get a chance to hit.
7 hours ago7 hr Lost one we could have won, but it is what it is....if you told me we ran Fedde vs Skubal out there on the road, and lost 4-3, I'd say you're lying. Go win the next 2.

7 hours ago7 hr Verlander not pitching SundayK.Montero vs MartinThe big question is pitching and bullpen tmrw.Getting another look at Melton.
7 hours ago7 hr Also, wasn’t online at the time, but I promise I would have been asking for a reliever to face Carpenter. Hasn’t he destroyed the Sox?

Hasn’t he destroyed the Sox?Yes and they just happen to have five lefties in the pen...well maybe not HudsonFedde did have something like nine in a row retired before that inning
7 hours ago7 hr also, the opener continues to make our pitching way too thin. Hudson might be used in the 6th if not used yesterday.
7 hours ago7 hr Given how most people would have viewed the matchup coming in, a one swing/dive outcome isn't the worst....But man it would have been a nice one to steal.Really tough luck loss for Fedde tonight, he pitched well. With the rested pen, maybe they should have just went in willing to pull him early if he struggled instead of opening with Eisert. Didn't really seem like he needed the training wheels vs. the Tigers lineup.
