5 hours ago5 hr I hope they prove me wrong but I cant help but feel this is the start of the Sox coming back to earth. They just don't have the pitching to contend through 162 games. If were honest none of us had this team contending this year. With the right additions the window for winning starts next year.

Tonight our major division rival beat beat our pitching. They beat our best starter, and, 2 of our best relievers. Thus, not a finished product. Our best pitcher having a bad night doesn’t mean unfinished product. If it was Fedde or Kay, then it would be a bad story. This is baseball, dudes have bad nights.
4 hours ago4 hr Yeah so I was on one last night. I was just so frustrated because we literally had no business winning that game and we could’ve stolen one where our starter didn’t even make it through 4. If this team has been anything, it’s resilient, so let’s see what they’ve got tonight.

Plenty of mistakes contributed to that loss, yet plenty of good things happened too. If nothing else, there are a lot of Sox players thinking, "I will learn from that, and improve going forward." Not such a horrible thing (although a win would've been so nice)!

Either way it was dumb and hope someone learned from it.

But this team has shown time and again that they aren’t the same Sox teams of the past. They lose a tough one or two and we and we all expect that to be the downfall and then they surprise everyone and start winning again.

But I'm sure some learning took place.

Get Mune back… draft strong… and hopefully get some arms before the deadline.
