Why take Fedde out with only 64 pitches and the bottom of the order coming up?

@tray how long until Colson gets moved to 3B? Over/under 1 year?

We have an All Star at 3B, so not going to happen.

I just wanna say I hope that trainer who worked with Teel in the offseason gets fired. 3 lower body injuries..

It's probably an agency trainer, his own, or a service, right?

Red Sox just won 14th consecutive...longest in eighty years

Orioles 7 game streak broken

I think them saying ankle here doesn't rule out an achilles issue.

So ankle injury? Better than saying torn achilles

Undergoing further evaluation tells me it isn't torn, they would know that right away. Unless they don't want to ignore

Yeah, technically the same area.

I cant believe I am asking this but is beni's production living up to 15 million per year?

He will hit 15-17 hrs 75 rbis and about .250

Ankle seems like a positive development.

Fk, I'm joining late here, Teel got hurt again? Our catching situation is pretty ass.

High ankle sprain????

Just hoping

Ankle sounds better than Achillees

I recall an NFL game last season where a RB rather clearly tore his achilles and they initially ruled him out with "ankle" before eventually calling it what it was once he got images of it.

Sox need reliever/s catcher and at least one starting pitcher.

Yikes.

Going to have to try Quero again.

If it isn't torn that's a huge win already

I would say nowadays he is playing about as well as his contract

Pretty gutted about Teel. Injury prone and catcher is not a combination that works well.

Wonder what the brain trust is considering.

Eh, not really. He plays no defense and while he's good in clutch situations, he's a pretty much a league average hitter. League average hitters at DH are not worth $15 million a year. But it's probably not as much of an albatross as it was a year ago.

Exactly especially if Mune stays with us. It’s too early to give up on Colson but he has issues.

Fighting It will only make it harder on you when it happens. He'll be at 1st base and giving Colson a break at 3rd as needed.

Yeah but his first half this year was productive.

Meh, not so sure I’d agree. This offensive output with an awful glove isn’t what I would consider productive.

Agreed, but let me try to be positive for once

No no and no.

That's what you would get out of Jacob Gonzalez for under $1 million.

But at least he's not killing them any more.

Peters is a legit All-Star.

What is the reason that he is batting 8 th. With highest batting average in the team, and some guys hitting ahead of him having problems with RISP?

He's been garbo at SS recently and Roch will be up in no time. Colson will be at 3B.
