maybe put Fedde back in the rotation for Martin

I'm not sure really what to do with Martin but I am worried we just did moves to do moves at the deadline and we didn't really get better besides the bullpen add

Thank God that the Mets and Royals are helping / helped us.

Really need to win the next two and sure would be nice for tomorrow to be the start of a 5 game winning streak.

The Red Sox taking these 9th inning outs seems pretty desperate to me. They know this is it for them. This is their world series.

From your mouth to God's ears but from what I have seen so far, I'd rather our Sox face any team in the postseason but Boston. Yes they're streaking and they have to cool off sometime but damn we've been out of every game so far

The team, more than likely, assuming it is legit and they find out about it.

I have no idea what his ability to speak or type in English has to do with this. If the comment is truly from him, it’s not at all difficult to understand what he typed.

During the postgame, Martin said he thinks he was tipping his pitches. Ozzie seemed to doubt it a bit and joked that it isn’t very difficult to hit poorly located 93 MPH fastballs.

It would be great but Sonny Gray will be pitching tomorrow with a 13-2 record and an ERA below 3.00. I think we will need a miracle to get the White Sox over the hump tomorrow.

Agreed. Just try not to get swept.

Cleveland and Minnesota lost but the Tigers are winning and can climb to only four out.

They may not be done yet. If they close it out that will be seven wins in their last 11 games.

Boston is coming off of a sweep of the Dodgers in LA and have played like the best team in MLB for a month plus. Sucks losing to them again, but it certainly beats losing to the firesale Mets or last place Royals.

Ends up being a game off the schedule with no games off the division lead, magic number still goes down at the end of the day.

Bounce back tomorrow, Gray has been hittable in his last couple starts (4 ER to ATH, 5 ER to TOR).
