I've been watching since 2000. They've made the playoffs 5 times in the time I've been a fan. Basically twice every decade on average.

Sox next to last in batting average since the ASB. They’re at .225, only Angels are worse.

I wouldn’t even mind him going on IL at this point. 10-day IL stint puts him back on the field the last game of the season and then potential playoffs. Hes been so bad I’d almost rather go this route and see if he can reset
