2) Molina is the slowest dude in the league

There was not a single person in chat that was optimistic when Walker was brought in. Nor was there anyone optimistic about Timo at 1b.

BTW, attendace was piss poor for a Wednesday Night Game in June. And save the school thing, because I just barely started school today again and it doesn't take out much time from your schedule. I know today was the last day for many private schools. Even Jesse White spoke on this on Chicago Tribune Live how it's amazing that White Sox don't show up to games even though they are much farther ahead than the Cubs. Where's the support at home???

 

The attendance for the last two nights have been really disappointing.

Ozzie is too in love with the lefty/lefty matchups. That's why Walker was in.

BTW, attendace was piss poor for a Wednesday Night Game in June. And save the school thing, because I just barely started school today again and it doesn't take out much time from your schedule. I know today was the last day for many private schools. Even Jesse White spoke on this on Chicago Tribune Live how it's amazing that White Sox don't show up to games even though they are much farther ahead than the Cubs. Where's the support at home???

They got meatball after meatball from Walker.  Even the Sox would have likely scored against someone like Walker pitching.  How many times are we supposed to tip our cap to different pitchers or hitters?

 

I wasn't referring specifically to how they beat up Walker. I thought they looked better at the plate through the whole series. Against all of our pitchers. We won 2 because our starters looked better than their starters. Mcpherson looks like he is hitting his stride in our prsence. I've never seen Molina look to be on the ball like he was in this series. Finley is showing signs of busting out. Anderson was doing what Anderson ususally does. Kennedy looked dangerous. Etc, etc.

Good point about the hitting. I'll agree with you that they looked to be on everything we threw. It might also be because our pitchers this series didn't seem very sharp at all.

Why in God's name couldn't Paulsy start at 1st base considering tomorrow is an off-day? Does it take Paulsy 2 days of rest to regain his strength so he can hit .225 the rest of the month?

Kenny needs to bring up someone else or make a trade. Jizzcaino and Dingo are currently jizz-moppers. We need to add about 2 lefty relievers because Cotts can't gets lefties out either.
