Whomever contributed to the article spent some time collecting their quotes. Also, several noted we weren't the website in which the rumors originated. I doubt any reputable journalist would take posts from an internet message board as fact or the base for nation-wide rumor, but, I, personally have found an uncanny resemblence between Soxtalk conjecture and Chicago White Sox beat reporters when it comes to personnel moves.
