June 19, 200916 yr I was reading shipps' thread about wanting to move to California, and it made me wonder: If you could move anywhere, where would you go? For me, it would be somewhere in the Phoenix area (I loved that area when I visited a few years ago) or maybe London. (Although I think I just romanticize London because of the '77 punk thing - I'd probably hate living there) What say you? What's your destination?

June 20, 200916 yr I don't believe that Alaska is out of the cold. Perhaps you should check out the Baja Peninsula/Cabo San Lucas in Mexico. There are some awesome beaches, nice little towns, and outside of a motor race, it's pretty quiet on the coast.

June 20, 200916 yr Either in Northwest Indiana so I don't have to deal with Illinois politics anymore, or out to Lake Tahoe, that place is amazing year round
June 20, 200916 yr America - Seattle (loved the city even if it does rain too much), San Diego (preferred it to San Fran) or Phoenix (love the heat, even if the city needs to be developed more). I would say Chicago as I really liked the city, but it's just too damn cold there most of the time. Europe - London, Barcelona or somewhere in Germany.

Frankly, I'm not sure there's anywhere in Mexico I'd trust to be right now. The Drug cartels have spent a fair amount of effort specifically targeting Americans for kidnapping. That's not just the northern part.
