I enjoy this team

So much more than last year. This team is just fun to watch, it's corny, but they "appreciate the game."

Maybe it's the idea of team/teammates, not throwing people under the bus, no drama...without all the outside distractions, there's more of an ability to focus on the game and less time for theatrics and off-field drama. We're only making headlines this year for baseball-related reasons, and that's nice to see.

Well perfect games are a lot of fun.

I agree with all of the above. I'm going to stick with this team no matter what happens. I think that whatever they have, Robin and his staff will get the most out of them.

So much more enjoyable when they are playing good and even when they lose they seem to be fighting

Kind of like my I like this team thread near the end of spring training. Might surprise a few people.

It's easy for me to enjoy because I really wanted Dunn and Peavy to contribute to the Sox- not be their downfall.

De Aza is fun to watch at the top of the order. And more young players are playing instead of vets helps too.

I was the first one to here to say they would contend.

Cmon, when we were winning none of that mattered.

When the Sox hit the ball and its starters can go 7 innings I like the team's chances against any team in the Central.

GO SOX.

That looks familiar, but I'm half asleep. Who is it?

The team got better when the circus left town...shocking. If we can get some consistent offense we should be pretty good.

I enjoy watching this team as well, but contention is a long shot.

I disagree, I think our pitching staff will keep us in the hunt most of the season. It's the offense that will ultimately make or break us.

They're certainly likable. I'm even warming up to AJ.

I haven't liked him since he elbowed Frank years ago at the Metrodump. I root for the guy because he's a White Sox though.

he single-handedly WON you an ALCS, he stomped aaron boone, he gave joe borchard $100 for homering off Brett Tomko, I could go on and on and on

he's one of the biggest leaders on this club.

That's great. It doesn't mean I have to like him.

i guess not.

The 2011 team should have had the motto "trying to lose".

This team actually seems decent enough to contend.
