Whatever the level is, it is tiny compared to the rest of the forum, let alone the whole board. The idea that it kills discussion is kinda hilarious. If someone sees a topic in catch-all that they think warrants a thread - start one. If we as Mods/Admins see a deeper discussion happening in catch all, we can split it out.
