our turn

Well we had to score at least 1 to win anyways. Limit the damage

Rios could have jogged home.. What's with the Royals stopping guys at third?

:D

A few F bombs by Jeff

No need to overreact. It's ok just one run. Pitch selection albeit one pitch to Salvy was bad. Free swinger. Showed in the World Series to not throw him a strike

I'm at work wtf happened ont he double play?

It developed slowly and it was broken up by a pretty good and clean slide.

would have been hard to complete. throw by samardjiza was away from 2b, hard runner slid into johnson.

Main issue was horrible throw to abreu (or catch) on a double by perez.

That could have been way worse. The Sox are lucky to have only given up 1 in that inning.

Hitting Gordon really screwed up that inning for us. Turned nothing into something.

1 run surrendered.....season over.

Looked like Jeff thought about going to 3rd to get the lead runner so he hesitated and Gordon was able to slide hard and pretty much take out Micah, I don't think he would have been able to throw him out anyways

Throw him high and in and he'll try to swing every time.

Alex Gordon has to get called on that roll into Micah. If this isn't opening day at home that's a call that should be made every time.

I've seen far worse take out slides. It's part of the game.

For those not watching, that pitch to Perez was not a bad pitch......low and grazed the outside corner of the plate. Good piece of hitting.

Chill Micah

That slide was nothing like Donaldson on Alexei last year, it was fine

thanks.

Lay off Ventura's offspeed stuff, boys, he hasn't thrown it in the zone yet

The slide was fine. The roll was not. They are supposed to do away with that.
