Man....that Melky signing....he looks like he has about as much swing power as Rafael Belliard right now.

2.5 more years of a possible lemon. Has a chance to be just a horrible signing if he can't start hitting with some authority again.

Alright Abreu, time to extend that hit streak with your first HR in weeks. No more f***ing around, we need you to man up and tie this game now.

Sigh. Or not.

Jose Game Winning Uribe

I'm not very confident even an Eaton leadoff triple there leads to a run.

Besides the law of not hitting average lefties, there's another Sox axiom of never playing well in front of big crowds.

He was mashing the second half of last year until he got tired...

His numbers were down across the board 2nd half except average call it what you want.

We're 16th in team batting average but 29th in runs. Meanwhile Houston is 6th in runs but dead last in batting average. I miss having power in the lineup.

It's going to be hard for Hahn to find power during the year. Right now, your only power sources are 1b, DH and rf. There's very little, if any, power coming from LF, CF, SS and 2b

The only numbers down were homers and slg%. Everything else was as good or better
