Samardzija gives the lead right back despite good defense. What a disappointment he's been.

We recently won 7 games in row. If we win 6 out of every 7 the rest of the way, we'll go better than 45-10.

True troll job. No one believes this team can do that. That 7 game win streak was a mirage

Shark just completely lose his command? What the hell

No pitcher batting to save him

2-2 Shark has no teeth

He's been dog s***. Can't wait for him to leave. Use his money on a bat.

Tyler. Damnit.

That was a great stop just to keep it in the infield and get one.

2-2, tie game, really hard hit ball to Saladino scores runner from 3rd, two straight fielders choices to turn outs while scoring runs. Really decent block of the ball by Tyler to keep the ball from LF but both balls were too tough to turn DPs.

Lol Shark is a bum

Nice approach by Perez. Nice to see a team with an actual game plan

I just saw the bobble. It was a good stop.

And FFS Shark. You ain't getting ace money at this rate.

No way! Not by this team at least.

If our management didn't believe the team could do it, we would have been a seller at the deadline.

What a truly horrible offseason Hahn had.

Can we play last place teams that have quit the whole time? Because since the AS break we're 3-9 against teams that aren't in last place in their division.

3-2 Royals, Perez hammers a ball to right.

Rios singles, so 2 on, 2 out.

Is Samardzija bad or what?

Yeah Jeff just hasn't been good at all this year. Guys usually perform better in a contract year too, it seems odd a guy so adamant about going to Free Agency would suck so much ass during his walk year

We sure weren't buyers. We stood pat.

He sucks.

I cannot believe there are Sox fans that want to sign Samardzija. I'm counting the days until his departure.

Shark is all bark and no bite.

I thought he was some kind of tough guy with iron grit.

But he sure likes to trickle games down his leg.

Fraud it appears.

I'm going to guess the white sox were shopping him and didn't get any good offers because teams are seeing how bad he is

SEVENTEEN HOMERUNS he has given up on the season.

Samardzija has 1 strikeout through 4 innings. He simply cannot win when he's not striking people out. It's not his game. He's been down on strikeouts all year and the teams that don't chase stuff beat him. The Royals aren't chasing stuff so they just need to wait for him to miss a few pitches or for something to drop in and suddenly they'll score. They know that.

So a Don Cooper starter who is cruising..... is suddenly having all sorts of problems pitching out of the stretch??? Under pennant race pressure late in the season?

Shocking, LOL. Who knew that a whiny fat-man with a fragile ego like whom who snaps at any semi-difficult questions... would somehow infect his pitching staff.

Then again, Coop is untouchable. Did 2005 really happen?

Soto rips a hit. 1 out offense please?

Um...

This team has done exactly what I thought it would do once trade deadline was over. Can't put lipstick on a pig.
