What is that suppose to do exactly?

Mix it up? Try someone else out who's currently hitting in the minors? Try getting someone else in the lineup with OBP skills until someone better becomes available in a deal?

Well we had fun for about a month. The reality is this team sucks but got off to a hot start because of Sale and our pitching being unhittable. We will slowly but surely get back to .500 and below where we belong.

Guess we can hope Hahn can position the team to make a run at a wild card spot and maybe we can go on another lucky run with our pitching staff.

These at bats are just bad. Can't square up fastballs

Well, at least we can put to rest the whole 'Sale isn't the best pitcher on the team' nonsense.

Stupid baseball is alive and well

Lol

I really think Avila looks lost at the plate. Someone said Jackson can't hit and I disagree.

Son of a b****, they really need to do well in the next 11 games or they are f***ed.

haha

They both suck and are this year's Keppinger

We will never do well against them.

Jackson isn't that bad, it's a one year deal for both players. They need to step up but so does Lawrie.

Jackson is a horrible hitter now. So many holes in his swing and has lost all his power.

I guess I am more pissed about Abreu looking lost at the plate than Jackson as a hitter. Lots of guys can't hit like they did to start, which is a problem if they actually want to win this year.

I guess it was appropriate that Frazier would line into a DP after Cain did the same thing in the top half.

The obvious solution to improve the offense is more Jerry

At least they're not on the hook for Avila and Jackson beyond this year.

The improvement in value from Adam Eaton was probably worth the price alone for one year if you look at his WAR jumping up to where it is.

The White Sox need to respond quickly though...when a team is 22-8 against the White Sox on your home field over that long a time period, they're REALLY in your heads, like the Twins from 2001-2004/06.

The Sox are just stagnant and there's absolutely zero sense of urgency from anyone other than Chris Sale and Eaton right now.

Reinsdorf's money or Sands?

Only good news is the Tigers just lost at home to TB, but the Indians and Royals all along have been the biggest threats.

On the negative side, Miguel Cabrera hit two homers. He's starting to look like his old self again.

Forgot Purke was still on the team with all that's gone on this past two weeks.

Dillon Gee rofl

:crying

Bring the LHP in for Perez? What is Robin drinking?

We have our very own Eric Sogard in Purke.

Nice pitches to Gordon too.

Perez hits righties better than lefties.
