5/23 Game 2 - Indians @ Sox, in 30 minutes

No clue why Robin felt any reason to leave Johnson in for another inning but the ship is sunk now.

Robin couldn't just take the nice thing Johnson gave us.. Oh man

I see Erik Johnson still has the same problem...he gives up way too many homers.

Seems like Johnson just serves up longballs. No consecutive hits just homers. Wow

Just leaving EJ out to dry I see.

"We were down by 2 and now 3, there is no way we come back" - Robin Logic

Robin seems to be obsessed with "saving the bullpen" to the detriment of the rest of the team most games. What is he saving them for exactly?

Good thing they took game one because Ventura doesn't seem to have much interest in truly trying to win game 2.

89 mph fastball with no sink and bad command as a RHP is a ticket to being a career minor leaguer

For when Sale goes 4 innings tomorrow

I'm really, really, really worried about Abreu. He looks like he's done.

Sure hope the extra 2/3 of an inning, extra run & runner on 1st was worth it for Robin.

We have to save Putnam and Jennings, lol...

It's almost like Ventura conceded this game by not trying to keep the lead at 3-1.

I really think Robin needs to be fired so the Sox can take off. Even after all these years, he's still absolutely clueless.

I turned on the game last inning and he literally had zero command. Why is he back out there for another inning? It goes back to Robin again what game is this guy watching?

lol, stone does a great deadpan. it's subtle humor no doubt but I like it.

They can hit fastballs

Good thing RV managed the first game so he saved all the high leverage guys. Oh wait.

Sale going for 10 tomorrow! Good night.

Man, Ventura has really butchered these two games today. Scary to think about him getting an extension after this season if they make the playoffs.

Lol. He may have a bad year, but he isn't done

He needed to be fired 2 years ago. Joke of a manager.

RV cost the team at least .5 a run today. Mangers do matter folks. He f***ing manages the 1st game like a real manager the Sox probably win 8-4 and save all the high leverage guys. He f***ing doesn't of course, he tries to steal innings with Duke, and he burns everyone. Now, he leaves in Johnson when he could have left in Latos.

f*** RV.

If the Sox come back and lose by 1 run, the loss is completely on him.
