My oldest son is getting ready to start college. He just found out recently that one of his football teammates and classmates at Brother Rice died in a car accident. The kid hadn’t even turned 18 yet. I can’t imagine how his the parents feel right now. I know I wouldn’t be able to focus on my job, and I damn sure wouldn’t care about the game of baseball for a long while, if ever.

Looking at Doyle & Mike Cameron, their first 3 full seasons look comparable. Coors Field has to be taken into account for hitting but defensively and stealing bases are close. With his outstanding defense and speed at worst he is a 4th outfielder. Get his bat going again and he is a stud.
