  1. MLB Trade Rumors lists out each team's list of out of option players. The only one that even requires brain cells would be Jacob Amaya. Sosa and Vargas should make the team. Tauchman, Thaiss and Bryse Wilson were brought here to make the team. Tristan Gray looked viable, and he hits a bit better and has way more power than Amaya. Plus, Gray has 2 options left. I also think it's telling that when Colson Montgomery was scratched, yesterday, Gray got the call to replace him, not Baldwin, even when Baldwin was on hand to replace Benintendi when he was pulled for x-rays. article: Out Of Options 2025 - MLB Trade Rumors White Sox Jacob Amaya, IF Lenyn Sosa, IF Mike Tauchman, OF Matt Thaiss, C Miguel Vargas, IF Bryse Wilson, SP/RP
  2. Two weeks before baseball activities?
  3. Unless he walks over from the Dodgers' game, where he's starting at SS, Tim Anderson won't be facing any White Sox pitchers.
  4. Nick Madrigal out for the season.
  5. Moncada and Anderson playing in the split squad game against the Dodgers today. Yolmer looks to be on the bench against us.
  6. You're getting everyone's picture of the lineup card!!!
  7. The atonement game for Baldwin and Vargas. Fletcher has to see open field in front of him for an OD start in RF.
  8. Shuster and Gilbert have to be in direct competition right now. I'd really hope Anderson is on the outside looking in. He was a respite, like Flexen, last year, but I think the Sox have accumulated enough better arms at this point.
  9. thoughts: Berroa's out for a bit, right? Anderson's position would seem mighty tenuous. I wonder if they're stretching Gilbert out as a starter. Tristan Gray strikes me as an alternate for Amaya. Looked capable at SS, and hits for power.
  10. I wouldn't call him favorite. He's a guy. I wouldn't cut Fletcher. Colas is next up, for me. Fletcher can still play a meaningful CF and still has the pedigree of a hitter.
  11. Berolla laid down a nice bunt for a single and looked like a central casting shortstop.
  12. DFA Colas for Stone Garrett. Stone Garrett Stats, Height, Weight, Position, Rookie Status & More | Baseball-Reference.com
  13. Colas seems like a true clown, and if he has an attitude anything like the childish BS you laid out, he should really just quit the game. That's some stinkin' thinkin'. The last I checked, Davis Martin, Jon Cannon and Sean Burke were "young talent".
  14. I'll take the Karma of that World Series Championship.
  15. Are you kidding? Boo-hoo. Then he should play himself into a position where other teams want him. I'd be willing to bet Chris Getz isn't turning down monster returns for Colas.
  16. Yeh, Colas. An opening day slot just opened up. You probably want to lean on the fundamentals and play that ball right.
  17. Benintendi out 4-6 weeks.
  18. We all have our favorite pianos. Perhaps it would be wise for Narvaez to leave his in the clubhouse, and not try to run the bases with it on his back.
