I think the numbers are kinda deceiving - it seemed like the Sox lost a lot of low-scoring games and then blew somebody out once or twice a week. I could be wrong, but I think that's how they played, especially later in the season.

I hope this isn't considered s***-talking, but I feel 100% confident in saying that if Kerry had won, GW's "bomb-throwers" would have exhausted every legal opportunity and avenue to challenge the results. Hey, at least we can all get out of the snow by going under the new Fundamentals deck in the LF concourse!!! IMO, the Sox should open EVERY season on the West Coast and/or in domes. First 2 weeks of the season at least. It's ridiculous to have a baseball game in Chicago on April 4th.
