  1. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jul 6, 2009 -> 07:13 PM) Ok why is Edge walking into the ring today with Jericho if he blew out his achilles on Friday? This isnt a pre-taped RAW is it? Yeah, it is. Taped right after last week's live Raw.
  2. Found my first post: Even then, I loved that lol-hitting smiley.
  3. QUOTE (dbaho @ Jul 6, 2009 -> 08:27 AM) I actually think they should align the Hart Foundation with Jericho now. They're not getting over as a heel as it is, and having someone like Y2J there would give them more of a focal point. I don't know, I think it would come across as another Legacy-type of stable if a non-Hart was leading them. I think the new Foundation is failing because they're just not that good. When Natalya is your best worker you're in trouble.
  4. QUOTE (SouthsideDon48 @ Jul 6, 2009 -> 12:24 AM) I also wouldn't quit my job, either. I'd quit mine the second the check cleared and either get a part-time job I liked or start something of my own.
  5. I'd lose approximately 90% of the people I know.
  6. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jul 4, 2009 -> 08:09 AM) We are putting much faith in your ability to bring the quality up. You have not disappointed I have been trying to find just a regular old kite to fly with my daughter, and I have been to Walmart, Target, and Toysrus with no luck(I am not counting the cheap Transformers and Starwars kites, nor the Airhog motorized kites), I just checked the hobby lobby page and they do not list kites, so I am now wondering if it is possible to find a normal kite somewhere. Try the dollar stores.
  7. Or go with Motley Crue - "Take Me To The Top".
  8. Eh, what would they show instead? The Red Sawkz? The Yank-Me's? I'd rather watch poker or strongman shows than college sports.
  9. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Jul 3, 2009 -> 06:08 PM) Its popular, being old you are morally obligated to hate it now I don't hate it because it's popular, I hate it because it sucks. I hate the people who made it popular.
  10. QUOTE (Milkman delivers @ Jul 3, 2009 -> 10:43 AM) I really can't emphasize how much WCW sucked. For a solid 18 months it was far superior to the WWF, but Bischoff gave too much power to the old guys and they booked wCw right into the ground.
  11. QUOTE (DukeNukeEm @ Jul 2, 2009 -> 08:43 PM) my rotation lately: (don't know this one)
  12. QUOTE (SoxFan562004 @ Jul 2, 2009 -> 03:56 PM) Me too. Thank God for presales, I was able to get good seats, I'm too old for GA anymore! LOL, I agree 100%!!
  13. QUOTE (Tony82087 @ Jul 2, 2009 -> 08:12 PM) Not sure if you went to any games last year, but the goal song is awesome, and should/has become a staple at the UC, so no. I hate the song, but I'm in the minority. My buddy who works at the UC tells me it's a big hit with the higher-ups and it's not going anywhere. So I will continue to mute the TV when they score and just suffer through it when I'm at the UC.

  15. QUOTE (SoxFan562004 @ Jul 2, 2009 -> 10:13 AM) I'm a huge Green Day fan and finally got a chance to give the new album quality listens... I am pleased It's a good record, but a bit overproduced. I bet those songs kill live, though - I will find that out on the 13th.
  16. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jul 2, 2009 -> 08:27 AM) Im wondering where he levels off God-like.
  17. QUOTE (kwolf68 @ Jul 1, 2009 -> 11:39 PM) Count has his velocity back up there, I think the guy is back. (holding breath). But the OPs point is a good one, Contreras took his medicine and battle through his issues and has come back to be a tremendous pitcher lately. I hope it keeps up. Your avatar makes me want to go like this: :headbang
  18. QUOTE (SHIPPS @ Jul 2, 2009 -> 02:26 PM) I once sat on Chris Snopek's lap and he fed me hot chocolate and tobacco. You're not supposed to eat tobacco. He was trying to kill you.
  19. About 15 rows back from the right-handed batter's box once. 2nd row down the left field line once. 1st row of section 101 once (I liked those a lot). Other than that, I usually have okay-to-crappy seats.
  20. Okay, who had Alexis Arguello? Bonus points for predicting it would be suicide. ....nobody?.....yeah, me neither....
  21. QUOTE (knightni @ Jun 30, 2009 -> 03:25 PM) I commented. So yeah, the reference had to be VERY obvious then...
  22. I'm drying my tears with a ShamWOW because Zorbeez was an inferior product.
  23. QUOTE (Y2HH @ Jun 26, 2009 -> 07:16 AM) I would be very surprised because everyone knows of MJ's massive debt -- that Beatles catalog is one of the few things left worth anything...his kids will be needing that money after the creditors come in and liquidate his estate (and they will the second the news dies down on his passing). I'm thinking they'll work out an arrangement where they hold that auction they were planning before Jacko nixed it, and the proceeds go to the kids once the debts are paid. I think an auction would be massive now that he's gone. That's just my guess, anyway.
  24. I enjoyed what I saw of Impact last night. They finally ended Sting's involvement in the Main Event Mafia, allowing him to be the good guy he wants to be. Joe doesn't fit the mold of the MEM, but I see him flipping back soon anyway.
