We are looking for one owner to join our keeper league. This will be year 6 of the league. We do the league at ESPN (so it does cost like $20 for a team), but not their keeper league, we simply handle the keeper options ourselves and carry over some players from year to year. Don't ever give up if this is your dream. Most are correct in telling you that it will be very difficult to add 20 MPH to your fastball, but I think it is very possible for where you are at right now. 20 MPH added to a 50 thrower is alot different from a 70 thrower. As a former College Pitcher I would stress that you need to get into the weight room. I am in no way trying to be mean, but if you are only throwing 50-55 MPH, you simply aren't strong enough. Work your arms, legs, chest... hell work everything. How are you made up (height/weight)? As a young guy... assuming you are like 18-20, it isn't too late... but its all on you. You have to get real serious about lifting if you are serious about wanting to pitch at any level from here on out. Just sitting around tonight thinking about prospects, and how people get pissed about including "can't miss prospects" in deals... don't forget about this yahoo. Brandon Phillips: One time super prospect of the Tribe is out of options, and most likely has no chance of staying on the big league roster. This guy calls himself "The Franchise"... lol.

Just learned Indians one time super prospect in out of options and probably has no spot on the Tribe. Look for a trade to happen before the season starts.

I was in every 2006 White Sox Seminar, and in everyone Ozzie stated that Anderson would bat 9th if he is our center fielder. I don't understand how these guys in the media mess this stuff up.
