Ben Sheets nailed Robbie with a pitch, and now on ESPN.com they have confirmed Robbie has a broken hand. The D'Backs are only gonna get worse now. Get well soon Robbie.

Who are your Top 3 favorite athletes?

1. Frank Thomas 2. Magglio Ordonez 3. Robin Ventura -
Hey guys, again, I will simply see if anyone wants to buy any tickets here before putting them on ebay. I am simply looking for face value (not looking to make any money). I am biased, but the seats are the best. Right behind the visitors dugout. Let me know if you are interested. Here are the games I have available: My seats are in Section 126 Row 8 (6 rows behind the dugout). Wednesday, April 28 vs. Cleveland @ 1:05pm Tuesday, May 11 vs. Baltimore @ 7:05pm Saturday, May 29 vs. Angels @ 3:05pm Wednesday, June 9 vs. Phillies @ 7:05pm Friday, June 11 vs. Braves @ 7:05pm Tuesday, July 27, vs. Twins @ 7:05pm Tuesday, Sept 21, vs. Twins @ 7:05pm These are my season tickets. Please just let me know if intersted. The face value is 116 for weekday games, and 132 for weekend games. Just trying to see if this could help anyone out.

Anyone Interested in Buying Thursday Tickets vs KC
JDsDirtySox replied to JDsDirtySox's topic in Pale Hose Talk
Day Game. 1:05pm -
If anyone is interested, please let me know. I'd rather sell them to a fellow Sox Fan here, than ebay. I am simply looking to get face value for my seats, and I will throw in a free parking pass. It pains me that I can't go, but I will be busy that day. The seats are in Sec. 122 Row 7, Seats 1-4 on the aisle. If you are interested or have any questions, let me know.

We need another run. Four runs is not gonna win this game.

So did we find out where Munoz is now? This is concerning. I bet we sold him to the Nippon Hamfighters.

Jason Werth is a graduate of Chatam Glenwood High School Illinois. He has been a "top" prospect in the Blue Jays organization for the past 7 years, but could never crack the team as a fourth outfielder. Originally drafted as a catcher, I would compare Werth's game to that of Jason Kendall. He just has never taken that next step. I don't see this as a great move for the Dodgers.

Don't know if it has been reported, and don't know how the Sox got him back... But I am happy about this.

I like this move. Ginter was gone, and Timo was prolly gone from the Mets, but he provides us with a solid OF off the bench. Don't think this move can really hurt us. *The best part of this is reading the Mets ESPN Message Board. Looks like the Speculation of Perez getting traded started really late last night/early this morning. But they didn't know who he was getting traded for. All their speculation was Uribe or Harris... LOL, have fun with Ginter. Check out their board for a laugh.

The way Kelly D. has played the last two weeks... I think he should make the team. The guy has been solid. While I like Burke, and the idea of having a 3rd catcher seems nice, I think it should be Dransfeldt's spot.

Article by Ken Rosenthal from the Sporting News can be found on yahoo sports. Kris Benson and cash for Jon Rauch and Josh Stewart. This could be an interesting idea if KW would be willing to take on a little more payroll. http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/news?slug=psst...v=tsn&type=lgns

ESPN Radio 1000 just reported that Frank and Ozzie have already met with one another, and there will be a press conference tomorrow. I have a feeling Ozzie is going to "rub Frank the right way"

As much as I like Konerko and Garland, I'd love to acquire Edwin Jackson. So I would have to say I would be all for this deal.

If you are doing a project that focuses on the 1919 Chicago White Sox, you should really focus on Buck Weaver. That is a man who deserves to have his name cleared.

I totally agree with what you are saying. By being a die-hard Sox fan, it makes me hate the players on our rival teams. I too can't stand Doug M. or AJ (I am glad he is gone), but a better example for me is the Tribe players that came and played for the Sox. I had the hardest time rooting for Lofton, Alomar, and Colon, because for so many years I booed them so strongly. I for one wasn't sad to see any of these guys leave. Some may say this is crazy, but its just the way I have choosen to root for my team. Go Sox!
