It made sense to give Pereira a shot, although that is quickly looking like a bad decision since he swings at everything. Peters didn’t really have much pedigree and might make a nice fourth outfielder, but he shouldn’t be starting the majority of games so far. I agree on Kelenic but how is Peters any different? These are AAA guys on any other team. When do we get to stop saying “they are still in a rebuild” as an excuse for these bad rosters? Two more seasons? Three?
