Red Sox and Yankee fans are insufferable. Most Cub fans, not all, have a distorted perception of themselves. That is the only thing that keeps them out of the Red Sox-Yankee fan category.

I believe the Sox are headed towards becoming a solid contending team. In the meantime, I can't get enough of their youth and competitiveness, what a sheer joy to watch. I will be patient with the development and not expect instant results from all the players experiencing MLB for the first time. I heard Ben Peoples mentioned as a call up on either Future Sox or Locked on White Sox. Let's get him up here and see if he can stabilize a position in the pen.

I was on the edge of my seat in the ninth with the bases loaded, whew, what a win!! Lots of big moments in the 8th for the Sox. I loved Sam getting the bunt down and then Vargas getting the job done with the sac fly.

If the Sox can hit on some of their own home grown pitching for bullpen help it would be a welcome addition. Come on Schwitzer, keep the line moving!! The competition for playing between the position players is awesome.

Sam is looking better and better in the leadoff position.

I like what I am seeing with Vargas busting it on every play and on course for 25+ hrs. Sam A. could be our leadoff man and is intense on getting better. Colson is on course for 30+ bombs and playing outstanding defense, Muni, the Babe Ruth of Japan, is everything we could ask for and more, Teel will be coming back, B Montgomery is tearing it up in the minors and could be making the move to the Sox, Schultz is the real deal, Davis Martin has been an Ace so far, Burke has been dealing, the team is united under Venable and is fun to watch. I believe this team is only going to get better.

Once JR is gone the Sox will most likely have a top 10 or at least a top15 payroll under Ishiba.

Get Teel healthy and add Brandon Montgomery down the road and let's see what they can do. I love all the competition for playing time..

My childhood buddy was a diehard Cub fan, and we went at it with Sox vs Cubs his whole life. He always said that New Comiskey was fine and he liked it better than Wrigley. He mentioned the concourse was outstanding and enjoyed the park.

I am optimistic about the White Sox in 2026. I am not expecting miracles but let's see if some of the youngsters take the next step this season. We have Roch & Ishiba on deck; both could be absolute game changers.

I am thinking of suing the Sox for unnecessary and wanton infliction of pain.

Edward Peck's Soldier Field proposal | The Chicago Report I don't think the Bears are going to stay at Soldier Field, but who knows. It's cool seeing what Soldier Field could be. I wonder if the city would work with Ishbia to redevelop Soldier Field into a baseball park/ entertainment zone. The Bears can block another NFL team moving into Chicago and the Fire already have their new location, so Soldier Field needs a new tenant.
