Whitewashed in '05

On a side note I do remember having about 20 BJ Surhoff cards. Damn that pissed me off! Evertime I bought a pack I got a damn BJ Surhoff!! There were a few other popular ones I can't remember.

Whether he admits it or not Rowand's favoritism towards the sox has lowered because they went after Hunter first. He now knows the money we offered Torii and it's all about the money now. If they want him here there will be no discounts, at least not any substantials ones. Unless CF is an issue KW is going to address this offseason I don't see us getting into any bidding wars for Rowand or Fukudome. A lot different than I imagined during the season. Mariotti is good at what he does... causing a stir. If he brings attention his employer is happy. I don't really see why anyone in Chicago reads his stuff anymore. He bashes everyone. Plain and simple, he's an ass.

I believe they're going one year at a time with him right now. Even though it seems like he's just getting better he is a reliever with a heavy frame and previous elbow issues. I'd do the same and sign him a little later before he's a FA.

I am glad KW didn't try to match the Angels offer, if he got a chance that is. The sox have been in contact with Rowand so I assume they have some type of offer ready for him if Hunter was picked up by someone. I will guarantee you we will hear KW say "this is why we fly under the radar".

Since were on the traffic subject... I hate driving in Chicago, especially downtown. Everyone is such in a god damn rush!!!!! One thing that really boils my blood is when there is no green arrow on the light so only 2 or 3 cars max are able to turn on a green light.

We can improve this ballclub by getting rid of all these bozos, Erstad, Myers, Pods, and Cintron. Then replace them with Andy G...
