Note: I'm not implying he has Arod's tools, but this guy isn't a Retheford type player who doesn't have a lot of the typical tools you'd see in a prospect. Guy has a good arm, good range, good fielder. He doesn't have the elite arm or range you'd see people gush about, but it is more then solid, especially with his bat. He has a shot to play at either SS or 2B.

Semien has some nice tools too. This isn't one of those overachievers, the kid has talent.

If the Sox purely clear Dunn's contract and get an organizations top 7 or 8 prospect I'd be happy. I think the goal for Hahn should be to get rid of most of the veterans, add some good pieces, clear salary, and position this team for a fresh start in 2014.
