I just got back from my 9:05 AM class. In the class is Armon Bassett, Xavier Keeling, Mike White and Earl Calloway. Bassett is also in my Tuesday/Thursday class. I don't really get star struck but I think it'll be pretty neat having them in my class for the basketball season.

If breathalyzers were cheaper, I think most (if not all) would bring them out to the bars with them.

So did spataro just completely make up that rumor to start controversy?

Russ Ortiz could be a real good signing for the Giants. Last year was just too unexpected and too much of a drop off from his career numbers that it's hard to imagine him doing anything other than pitch pretty well. He's also pitching for his next and possibly final contract..

I s*** on the big ten. God.. makes me see just how far IU has to go..

I still think the Wade Miller signing was a good one, one of the best ones of that offseason, even if it didn't work out as I had expected. Whats a couple million when you could potentially get a top flight starter

I'm absolutely shocked that Wisconsin won today considering they had so much trouble moving the ball on the ground all afternoon. Pretty remarkable, but the Big Ten could escape with wins in 3 of the 7 bowl games. It's not that I hate the Big Ten, I just seriously dislike Michigan.

Texas Tech just came down from 38-7 to tie it bringing it into overtime against Minnesota. I knew something was wrong when I saw a big ten team leading as much as they were, it was only a matter of time. Texas Tech just finished them off in overtime. Big Ten = 0-2

Jordan had been cheating, gambling, lying since he made it to the NBA. I still can't necessarily blame him, I moreso blame his wife for trusting him for as long she did. It's just plain stupidity on her part.

What a hockey game. I had all but considered the game tied on that Stuart penalty with 4 minutes to go. Luckily, the Blackhawks were less anxious on the power play than when they were without the man advantage. All around awesome game, the Thomas save at the end might have been the best of the season. Still, the Blackhawks fought until the end and look to be heading in the right direction in the last couple of weeks. Fun stuff.

It's too bad, but many people these days aren't given twenty years no less 93. I wouldn't feel too bad, Balta. Rest In Peace, a great president at one point in time, and a real good man.
