For the last few weeks it seemed like Ozzie was starting to learn from his mistakes and was starting to finally get over some of the things that plauged his first year... Then this game happened... You are left speechless. There is no reason for Jon to be used in the bullpen here. There is no reason to play Valdez at SS when both Harris and Uribe are more accustomed to playing 2B. It's the kind of thing that just makes you want to shake your head and turn off your tv.

Jose can be a leader for the Expos. We don't need him. We need Juan at SS and Willie at 2B. We need to sign a decent RF. Maybe Maggs will take a paycut. We need to keep Konerko and Lee around. We need to get a new 3B (as much as it pains me to say it since I do wish Joe would come around). We need AROW in there everyday. We will be fine we just need to trim the fat.

By the way Arnie was just sacraficed. He was a AA relief pitcher who had been working as a starter. The kid had no business being put in that situation and sadly it has more then likely put his career in jeporady because of it. Those are the games that some guys never live down.

Saying Felix has good stuff is an understatement if I ever heard one. Felix has the best control maybe of anyone on our pitching staff. That includes the Top 4. Felix's problem is that he needs to figure out how to use that control and figure out how to outthink the hitters. The kid might never be an ace but he will definately be a 12-14 game winner some day. Grilli has impressed me. He's alot like Jon Garland, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

It boggles the mind how we have three solid defensive infield talents that have to ride the bench at some point or another in favor of this jackass. I'm sorry but I'd rather see Joe Crede hit .230 and at least show some competency with the glove then have Jose hit .220 and show his ole' stone hands. Uribe needs to be the everyday short stop period. It's time to leave Jose in the past.

Willie is way too good to be riding the bench for an oldie like Robbie. Let the kid play for god sakes.

No way can we make that deal. Ozzie doesn't want a Soriano type player. He wants players who can get on base. We don't need anymore swing for the fences, strike out 100 times player. There is a reason we are getting rid of Jose Valentin. I'm not ready to depend on a rotation that has Grilli and Diaz in it next year which is what we would have. Please don't be fooled we would be taken to the cleaners if this deal is done.

I can't believe so many of you bought into the it's Madden hype. It's not even the best football game out this year. I bought ESPN 2K5 and rented Madden 2005 and without a doubt the ESPN was better. Much less confusing when it came to choosing plays and yet I can still do all the stuff that I want to do. Not only that the graphics are so much sweeter. Maybe it's just the PS2 version of ESPN that seems better.

Actually he seemed to do a pretty good job playing LF while Carlos was out. I could certainly do without him playing RF too often though.

I'm just pissed that Ozzie let Grilli go out there in the 7th inning. The kid had just thrown 6 innings and had only given up three runs. Thats a quality start and it would of been a confidance builder, especially considering he was facing the A's. What does Ozzie do though? Sends the kid out of pitch the 7th Ohh well thats my only complaint about this game. Nice win
