Can someone please explain to me why we didn't have the infield in with Cano up? With our offense as s***ty as it's been, and facing Randy Johnson, that would have been the perfect time to use it. This stretch is the worst baseball I've seen by the White Sox in a long, long, long time.

I still can't believe some dumbasses on this board would have rather faced Randy Johnson than J. Wright.

Good to see Jermaine Dye following the game plan that Greg Walker had. Walker said they wanted all the hitters to be jumping on the first fastball they saw.

Well, I'm starting this thread to hopefully change our luck with these teams. The Indians are in control of their game, leading 6-1. However, the great Matt Guerrier is getting torched by the Mariners in extra innings, and they trail 8-2 in the 10th.

Update: Indians lead 5-1 in the 5th inning, and Twins are tied at 2 in the 8th inning. Lead will likely be down to 8.5 after tonight.....SUPER!

Indians are crushing the ball again tonight. 8.5, here we come!

Reason for Pessimism: Indians just scored more runs in the first inning tonight than the Sox have scored in a long, long time. They're up 3-1 in the first, and the Twins are winning 2-0. The Twins are on the verge of making up 7 games in the standings in 7 games.

Well, Cy Hernandez has given up 2 runs in the first inning to the Twins. Not only that, but Lew Ford is doing his best Torii Hunter impersonation in CF.

The only positive in adding Boone was maybe he could provide our boys with some better "vitamins".

If anything is among the worst in baseball, it's the left side of the infield.
