  1. Williams was inactive tonight. Is it Kirilenko time? That doesn't really have much of a ring to it.
  2. Happy Birthday Bud!!!
  3. This was the 16th Super Bowl I remember watching, the first was Super Bowl XXV. I'd have to say this is easily one of the bottom 3 Super Bowls I watched.
  4. The only commercial I've liked was the Magic Fridge one.
  5. QUOTE(rangercal @ Feb 5, 2006 -> 05:46 AM) The cartoons are getting hard to watch because we have to look at those tshirt "girls" before it starts. And they're not even good looking.
  6. Gotta go with the Steelers for representing the AFC. I always go for the AFC unless it's a division rival of the Chiefs and the Seahawks once were a division rival.
  7. Going back to that Iowa/Michigan game. Iowa shot like 65% from the field, they usually play great at home, but that was just fantastic. The first first 8 or so minutes belonged to Michigan, the rest belonged to Iowa. Haluska was on fire.
  8. QUOTE(SleepyWhiteSox @ Feb 3, 2006 -> 08:01 PM) Nobody named my favorites... What Would You Do? with Mr. Marc Summers Figure It Out with Summer Sanders And yeah, I'm man enough to admit that I would watch nick jr. too. lol I thought that was Sleepy from the 7 Dwarfs, obviously I haven't seen the dwarfs for a long, long time.
  9. It looks like I'm late so don't count if if you don't want to but I'm taking Pittsburgh anyways.
  10. I wish Derrick Thomas was elected but I'm thinking that may never happen.
  11. Good to see the Game Cube has it. It's a rarity for the Game Cube to come out with games I like.
  12. QUOTE(RockRaines @ Feb 3, 2006 -> 08:09 PM) Oxford Ohio has a law where you can drink when you are 18 if you are within arms reach of your parents. Well Mason City, Iowa doesn't have that law.
  13. I'll play, I wasn't in a league until mid-season last year.
  14. QUOTE(RockRaines @ Feb 3, 2006 -> 04:17 PM) You know it, but im not exactly an old man. Plus, they were legal. lol according to your birthdate you ARE exactly an old man. haha I'm sure you weren't born in 1931 though.
  15. QUOTE(Nokona @ Feb 3, 2006 -> 04:17 PM) Drinking and bonding with friends is something that we as teenagers will never be able to do. Sure we might be able to do it in our mid-20s but so much will have changed by then. Getting drunk and enjoying the time with your child hood friends in such an awkward tiem should be experienced by everyone at least once. And we can always go back to the old "If i can die for my country and vote for my president, i ought to be able to drink." Didn't they bring it back down to 18 when they had the draft? Anyways as most people probably know, it's the states that decide what the drinking age is. If they haven't lower than 21 they won't get Federal funding for highways and roads.
  16. Hawk and DJ would be fun to go with. See them argue and stuff.
  17. It looks like the Chargers are available, Duke would know though.
  18. QUOTE(farmteam @ Feb 3, 2006 -> 04:21 PM) Ah, I forgot Wild and Crazy Kids and Hey Arnold, though I wouldn't classify Hey Arnold as old. I called mine "older ones." I also don't think it's old yet, but it's not around anymore, so that's why I put it in. Come to think about it, it's probably been almost 10 years since they started though.
  19. What's wrong, didn't anyone like the Adventures of Pete and Pete? I eventually grew to it. My list of older ones would be: Wild and Crazy Kids Legends of the Hidden Temple Guts Hey Dude Salute Your Shorts Alex Mack Pete and Pete Are you afraid of the Dark Kenen and Kel Doug Hey Arnold I'm sure there are more, but that's all I can remember as of now.
