Results from a poll in a men's magazine reveal that 26% of women are thinking about this during sex. What is it? Take a guess.

QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Apr 21, 2009 -> 10:18 AM) The wrong has been righted. No wonder we thought it a passable idea at the time, seeing as we each drank the equivolent of 12 beers in the span of the Blackhawks game. I'll never do that again. Wait, you went back and paid the tab???? Couldn't they have had you arrested? I know I would have.

QUOTE (longshot7 @ Apr 21, 2009 -> 01:46 PM) Coachella was awesome btw - McCartney, Leonard Cohen, M Ward, Los Campinesos, X, Silversun Pickups, Murder City Devils, My Bloody Valentine (loudest show I've ever seen), and The Cure (who continued to play even after the promoters pulled the plug on them about three hours into their set.) I didn't do the entire fest, but I was in and out a few times. It was nice to be able to drive home, take a shower and get in my bed every night and not have to go stanky for 3 days.

Never have. Once I dined, then went to pay and realized the $20.00 bill I thought I had in my wallet was actually a single. I told the guy I'd be back in 20 minutes. He seemed surprised to see me when I went back and paid. For a second I thought about not going back, but it was one of my favorite taco stands.

Watched 'Sugar' last night. Story about a Dominican kid and his quest to get to the big leagues. Good balance between baseball and his personal life. Worth seeing.

One of the original 'personaities' in sports. RIP.

Just keep mixing it up. Also, there is no need to do like 1000 crunches a day. Your diet will make a bigger impact on your abs than sit ups. Lose the gut and watch the abs appear.

Too bad there's never a follow up to these stories. I would really like to know WTF she was thinking. I just want to hear an explanation coming out of her mouth.

QUOTE (SoxFan562004 @ Apr 5, 2009 -> 10:38 PM) MGD 64 tastes like water! I cut back on my drinking alot, so when I actually do it I drink Miller Lite or captain and diet pop. 64 tastes better than I was expecting. Miller Lite is higher in calories and carbs than I thought. Sierra Nevada (my favorite) went directly to my gut, I only have that if I'm out.

The last time I watched Mark pitch, the Cubs bent him over. Bring the junk MB. -
I met Joe Theisman the other day. Nice guy, gave me a sweet personalized autographed football. The limp is totally gone and the leg looks 100% normal, by the way.

I just try to make suure my meals get healther as the day goes on. I'll have heavy carbs for breakfast, I figure I'll burn them off during the day, less at lunch and very few at dinner. I recently switched to 'MGD 64' beer, because I'm not giving up beer.

QUOTE (Flash Tizzle @ Apr 2, 2009 -> 12:56 AM) Hmm, I never even considered PEDS but that's possible. If I had a move role which would guarantee me millions I'd be willing to speed up the process to look the part of Ali. Here's a website I found earlier that references what he did in preparation for the role: http://www.nowloss.com/will-smith-workout-...i-am-legend.htm More interesting is the link available after his Ali bio: http://www.nowloss.com/how-to-gain-muscle-...t-same-time.htm It gives you an estimate of the amount of calories you'd have to consume to gain weight, and additionally, offers suggestions for a workout routine. PEDs? I've always suspected it from actors... see Edward Norton in 'American History X' and Rourke in 'The Wrestler', or that dude in '300'. I realize Rourke was a boxer, but he's also 175 years old now. No way he can bulk up that quickly.

I know exactly the cable press you guys are describing. Your hands start near your armpits and you push down and away at the same time to where your hands meet in front of you near your waist line. Some people twist the dumbells and cables inward (palms facing each other) does this help at all? I've never heard of incline helping the lower pecs, interesting.

Ross Gload and Jeff Leifer, very talented guys who got stuck playing behind Frank and Paulie.

QUOTE (Y2HH @ Apr 1, 2009 -> 09:57 PM) In my experience, decline presses have never been prooven to do much of anything. Incline presses only work the pec-minors (top half of the pectoralis), as their major target area, which he's not talking about. Not to dispute what you say, as you got the medial/lateral portion correct, but if I understood him correctly, what he's trying to do cannot be done because his muscles do not connect in that location in the proper fashion to give the look he's looking for. If I could edit this down to text pictures, he has something like this: |_/\_| and he's looking for |_|_| -- correct me if I'm wrong here, but that's what I think he's looking to do. If I'm right, he has the |_/\_| shape simply because of how his pectorals are connected to the center of his breastplate, and there isn't anything he can do about that. Your diagrams are the right idea, except that mine are even narrower and pointier at the bottom, so when they get bulky, they kinda look like,...gulp... boobs. I'll try decline presses again, they put a lot of stress and pain on my shoulders, so I've never really done them and you're right, most people say they're a waste of time. Dumbells or barbell?

Why exactly does he need a headset in that commercial?

QUOTE (MHizzle85 @ Apr 1, 2009 -> 07:46 PM) I wouldn't say it's new exactly.... It's new to me

That new "Sex On Fire" By Kings Of Leon is catchy.

I have a question about shaping. How can I get more even, square pecs ? My pecs are pretty even, except for a gap at the bottom, near my sternum. I already use the a pec squeeze machine and dumbell flyes which are supposed to build the inner chest, right?

QUOTE (DBAHO @ Apr 1, 2009 -> 07:52 AM) Hmm this is actually quite hard; So what are the top 5 things that you have seen in your life, and the top things that you still want to see? It can be anything from an event, to a place, or whatever else you desire... Been to 1. Aussie Rules Grand Final in Melbourne at a stadium filled to 100,000 capacity where my team won for the first time since 1963. 2. Grand Canyon 3. Central Park filled with snow in the Winter Time. 4. The view from the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur. 5. The Great Wall in Beijing. 6. A White Sox game at the Cell. 7. Great Barrier Reef Want to go to 1. London 2. Sweden (or somewhere in the Scandanavian region) 3. Germany / Oktoberfest 4. A Dallas Cowboys Home game at their new stadium. 5. Statue of Liberty (will be doing this before I leave New York in 2 weeks). A few tips on the Statue of Lib. Go EARLY. Line up about an hour before the first ferry leaves, otherwise the wait can be brutal It's not worth it to climb inside to the top of the statue. When you get to the observation point, the windows are tiny. Have fun.
