I moved to California when I was 22 , now 56.Haven't even come close to being a Dodgers or Angels fan. I've had the MLB package for 20 yrs maybe. So yes I'd still be a fan. Sox for life. My dad remained a football Cardinals fan when they moved from Chicago to St. Louis . Not sure if he feels the same way now that they moved to Phoenix.

MLB Network's Quick Pitch show for last nights games did a little thing last night regarding the "word of the start" and using big words in recapping the Sox win over the Giants. They hired a former player to manage the team with no experience and then gave him an extension. They gave PK another year. Would it have been "nice" for the Hawks to be loyal to former players ?Yes very nice. But I'll take contending for the Stanley Cup and hiring winners with proven track records every time. Wnners do not do what Sox management is doing. It's really no surprise that the rebuild has hit a major snafu already and none of us should be surprised if we see another 5+ years of not making the playoffs.
