  1. Alek Thomas flies into a double play, center fielder Luis Robert Jr. to catcher Seby Zavala to third baseman Yoan Moncada to first baseman Andrew Vaughn to third baseman Yoan Moncada. Gabriel Moreno out at home. Geraldo Perdomo out at 3rd. 3 Outs This description from game day sounds like a triple play but I think it was 1 out bases loaded. How do you fly into a double play with an out at home and 3rd base if the OF caught the ball ?
  2. Sorry about that I saw the gamelisted in the sportsurge list so thought it was broadcast but later checked my mlb app and saw there was no broadcast.
  3. Guess I'll watch Reds and Dodgers and keep an eye on the Sox game through game day.
  4. Vaughn walk followed by K's by Aberto, Zavala and Romy.
  5. You're more dedicated than me. I just look about 2 hours before game time. Sometimes things change. If the Sox have some kind of run of winning games in ST that generates some excitement like Colas hitting .400 + bombs maybe season tickets sales creep up and they televise more games. But then again the WBC is happening so a lot of guys will miss a chunk of ST.
  6. I take it day by day and found a way to see every game so far.
  7. And he's a heckuva ball player. Has had a really good career. I really like him always have. Cuban too. Dodgers may just grab him.
  8. Guess the Sox strength and conditioning people aren't the only team that can't get these young guys to figure out that extra muscle in moderation is fine but you shouldn't be gaining a lot of extra mass. You make your body work harder and your frame might not be able to handle it and for pitchers and hitters too it throws of your mechanics. It's often the front offices that have no idea how difficult it is to find and maintain that perfect weight for you. The season is such a grind that players lose weight over the course of the season and often feel they need to gain weight and get stronger. These front offices need to be more educated and find the right people to educate the players in classes about weight training, conditioning, diet, sleep, etc., just like classes about how to take care of your money and your lifestyle. Not everyone will listen but some will and it could save their careers and keep them healthier.
  9. Google Sportsurge.io if you want to watch it. Click on baseball at the top of the page and you'll find a list of the televised games. Can't use adblocker so popups and popups that open your browser underneath. Minimize the main game feed once in a while and x out any big ads that open , but once you get past that and the losing the signal every so often, just refresh the page and for the most part you can see the game. I've done it for every game so far. Delete this if necessary.
  10. I was 1 foot off in my 450 guess earlier in the thread after he hit it. Stone said 440
  11. Need a clutch hit against the reliever and a multi-run inning. Another walk or wild pitch works too.
  12. 2 spring training games with the 2nd one being mostly AA kids and we're really going to act like these games mean something ?
  13. He knows what he's doing up there . Right now I'm just looking for positives from him.
  14. Trout with a gift walk from the ump. Lambert out bases loaded 2 outs Ohtani coming up.
  15. Yeah I don't know who called for it and I have no idea where Ramos was. Didn't seem like a ball that should've been Burgers.
