Nice to see Martin getting Raley on the kick change. That first game he hit 2 HRs on fastballs after he looked uncomfortable against off speed . I wasnt pleased about the pitch selection.
The A.L. is tightly packed with just a 3.5 game lead for the 1st place Guardians on the last place Twins. It can become even more packed if the Sox win today while the Tigers beat the Royals and the Twins beat the Guardians again today.
And even though Meidroth is in no way , shape or form ,a middle of the order hitter , he's been doing well since he was moved there and has a 9 game hit streak.
You're talking about Grichuk getting forced out at 2nd. There was no one near him at 1st base so you might be right. He could've have been more towards 2nd to start with but that should have been caught. So Ill take it.
