If your goal is to lose weight, diet is the definitely the key. Exercise is great, but I would ditch the sit ups and hip twists, or at least cut back because there are more efficient exercises. HIIT training is supposedly scientifically proven to be the best for burning fat. You can find tons of examples of workouts online. If I'm trying to burn some belly fat, I incorporate compound movements that are using 2 or muscle groups at once.
