And don't say you can't compare these situations because one has to do with real life and the other entertainment because this originated from Ozzie saying something that had nothing to do with being related to baseball and the same with Hawk. You have that ride or die mentality. I could give a s*** less of Hawk owned the whole team, got us any player we wanted like the Yanks and gave each fan 100 bucks, right is right and wrong is wrong. What Hawk did was wrong and hypocritical. Nothing that has to do with baseball will change my opinion on that.

I don't see Hawk ripping anyone else on ESPN or the guy who wrote the original article. He was very hypocritical for blasting Mariotti because he had the chance to while claiming that's what Mariotti does(who has been praising the White Sox nationally for some time now).

Hawk was over the top tonight and wrong. I honeslty hope Mariotti rips him a new one. Mariotti has actually been supportive of the White Sox these past few weeks. He also said stupid s*** about where would Griffey play again too. Here's hoping that you're gone Hawk.

Already a thread on this, but I disagree on him knowing his stuff. Lots of times he pulled stuff out of his ass. He came across as just a casual fan. He'd say a lot of stuff out of his ass without looking up stats.

I don't doubt that he can be one, but he has some way to still go. He needs to get a more accurate arm and it wouldn't hurt if his arm was a little stronger.
