I think he should get another shot with another team. He seemed competent in his job, but was dealt a bad job. Instead of folding and being a benchcoach until another offer popped up, he decided to take that job. He never was given a team in which you could say was going to compete for even half the year.

I don't know. On paper I still like the Heat alot more. Manu will probably go back to the bench(though still play heavy minutes) because Pop likes using him as a sparkplug off the bench. That's flat out great. I'll admit though, I still wanted him to start in AAA so he could develop some pitches(which he has) and get some innings to be stretched out as a starter.
