Welcome. I'm not sure if this was a good trade for the twins or not. I think Morneau is a better player then Mientakdfanfdla, however Doug was a huge part of that team and was one of their leaders, I'm torn if it was good or not for them but I guess time will tell.

Our last 3 hitting coaches with this crop of players haven't been able to get through to them. Hitting coaches can only do so much, you can't change who these players are. It's not walks fault, it wasn't Joshua's fault, and it wasn't ward's fault, they just got blamed when the players were and are the people to blame.

That's not walkers philosiphy that's the hitters philosiphy. It's been the same throughout the Von Joshua, Gary Ward, and Grege Walker regime's, I think it's time to stop blaming the hitting coaches.
