  1. Its the fact that Pritzker told them that they aren't a priority on 2026. Which means they are putting the Bears off to squeeze their timeline to have a stadium ready for when the lease expires.
  2. That data seems a little low. I wonder if they looked only at NFL or if they included all levels. Need to dig into it. In my experience, its higher than that.
  3. Its going to be long. Good bet he misses most if not all next year. Again depends on if it ruptured from the vone or in mid-substance.
  4. Depends where it was torn. At either bone attachment, it an easy fix and there will be no issues. In the middle, it a more difficult repair but still most likely no significant issues in the future.
  5. It was a great game to be at. Not as good as the podsednik HR in the world series. But close.
  6. Thats fine. But if that your view dont be upset when they want to move to a place where they can gain more revenue. The city/state has a lease until 2030/2031. They are purposely making it difficult for the Bears to move. Which is their right, sort of. So the Bears also have the option to explore other options such as Indiana. I dont really think they'll go there but if the state wants to play the politics so can the Bears.
  7. The report also said the Bears aren't a priority for the state in 2026. This means the soonest they can they start building is 2027 due to the infrastructure, permits etc. Thus having a stadium ready for when the lease ends at Soldier Field will be very tight. And that's the best case scenario. Its probably just another political way to try to keep the Bears in Chicago.
  8. The one I heard was from the winter meetings this past off season, I think. It was after he was fired, I know that.
  9. Rick Hahn did an interview and said that he had to convince JR to fire him. He said it was for the good of the organization and JR didn't want to do it.
  10. I disagree. I love mine. Have for 38 years. Plus, many of the people I know past and present enjoy working for Reinsdorf. He treats them well.
  11. A New Year's resolution? Sorry, couldn't resist. 🍻🍻😁
  12. Merry Christmas to all and here's to a great New Year in 2026. 🍻🍻🍻
  13. The only way I see they might agree is with a really high floor that will offset the decrease union money from the ceiling. Other than that, no way. More likely it will a massive overhaul to the revenue sharing system.
  14. It was a fun game to be at. Ups and downs of a young team. Hopefully, the Sox follow this trajectory.
  15. Athletic trainer mostly in the minors some in Milwaukee. I went to school at Marquette just down the road from the park.
  16. Mine too but im a little bias having worked for them.
  17. Pete Vukovich. I was in the movie major league with him. Had a great resteraunt with stormin Gorman Thomas called stormin and vuks.
  18. Thats a good sign for Sox pitchers as its usually a great league fir hitting.
  19. I speak in half jest. PT and chiropractic care have different philosophies for treatment. They have a very good specific treatment effectiveness. However, in general patients need to continuously go for treatment to improve symptoms.
  20. Chiropractor? Bite your tongue. 😀 Cortisone no more than 2 times per year. In the back they usually use inject a prednisone or dexamethisone, less damaging to the area.
  21. Trying to carve out the regional deals is important as well. Listen to Boyer discussion about payroll and the lack of regional deal and the new CHSN app.
  22. The market size would depend on the split with the Cubs. Nashville would have no MLB competition.
  23. I disagree with the process doesn't matter. The White Sox have been terrible with developing hitters in the past. Changing the development process is a key point. When you are drafting teenagers development is paramount. I agree in the end, results are what matter. However, expecting those results to appear overnight is short sighted and what leads to organizations having 1 good season every decade because they happen to get lucky with free agents. Look at the historically good teams over time and they are usually built around drafting and developing their own players.
