I would feel better about this if literally anything was given as a response. No talking head explained it, no one covered his absence, nothing was clarified. In the Sox-verse ignoring something is step one to see if anyone demands more. We didn't even get a Chicago media puppet out to say something at all.

The idea that you have to destroy stuff to be a leader is one of the dumbest things that still remains from the 20th century. It means you can't handle some adversity like a damned adult. Grow up.

You know those times where you really, really want to be wrong, but it just won't happen.

Players also make sense as they are probably fed up with the garbage and lack of leadership by the manager in the clubhouse.

Getting a starting goalie plus moving up 15 slots into the first round? Seems like a solid step up to me
